Basile & Basile was founded by a husband-and-wife team; Adam and Amber Basile. We spent most of our careers in the corporate environment working for public and private companies. After touching almost every aspect of accounting, we made the decision to build our brand and bring our expertise to you. About Adam Basile
Adam Basile is the Managing Partner of Basile & Basile. Adam has spent more than a decade in various accounting roles within the energy industry. Most recently, Adam is serving as the Controller of Crescent Pass Energy, an upstream private exploration and production company. During his time at Crescent Pass, he manages all aspects of the accounting and financial organization and built the accounting organization from the ground up. From 2011 to 2019, Adam served in multiple accounting leadership roles at Devon Energy, a large public exploration and production company. While at Devon, he managed a wide range of operational and financial accounting roles for many of Devon’s business units. Previously, from 2004 to 2009, Adam served in the United States Marine Corps, deploying twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Adam holds his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and Master of Business Administration from The University of Oklahoma. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
